Cab
Avec le siège Turnaround®, verrouillez et libérez le With the Turnaround® Seat, lock and release the 220-degree swivel seat in any position with the push of a button. All machine controls are close at hand.
Many details, such as an air-conditioned cup holder, a comfortable seat with a 4-point harness or a helmet holder, but above all a large space and excellent visibility contribute to making the 612 cabin a perfectly suitable workplace.
Engine
The engine of the 612 is a 208 horsepower, 6.7 litre, Stage V TCi FPT N67 6-cylinder. Powerful, quiet and reliable, the motor has been developed to provide suitable power, quick response, low fuel consumption and low running cost. The radiator block is cooled by a variable-pitch, reversible Flexxaire® fan.
Blade Tongs
Optional heavy-duty blade tongs for added versatility when ripping, maneuvering and sorting wood. Maximum opening 1240 mm.
The blade is 1580 mm wide. Extensions are available as an option.
Transmission
1-speed mechanical hydrostatic transmission. 2 variable displacement motors. Maximum speed 19 km/h.
Tigercat IB15 and IB17 front and rear axles respectively, with internal planetary gears.
Independent front and rear differential locks. Oscillation of the central joint ±12.5°, this assembly specific to the 612 skidder allows a machine width <3m even in 30.5L x 32.
