Cab

The cabin is ergonomic, spacious and comfortable with its premium seat. The large windows provide excellent visibility. The crane/cabin assembly mounted on a turret in continuous 360° rotation makes the 1165 unique in its category and extremely efficient whatever the type of worksite.
Automatic climate control means you can enjoy a perfectly air-conditioned cabin, whatever the weather outside. Optimally placed ventilation openings optimize the airflow and allow the windows to be quickly defrosted and/or demisted.
Engine


The engine of the 1165 is a 6.7 liter 6 cylinder TCi FPT N67, stage V of 282 hp. Powerful, quiet and reliable, the motor has been developed to provide suitable power, quick response, low fuel consumption and low running cost. The radiator block is cooled by a reversible variable pitch fan.
Crane

The TCi 1165 harvester crane is designed and manufactured by TCi : the TCi H250ER. Available with different spans from 9.1 to 11m, it has a lifting force of 250kNm and a turning force of 56kNm in continuous rotation 360°. The strength of the crane allows the 1165 to be equipped with a large harvester head like the Log Max 7000. The leveling of the crane/cab assembly is 18° forward; 24° backwards; ±18° on the sides.
The TCi H250ER crane uses ER ‘Energy recovery’ technology, which allows the operator to horizontally extend and retract the crane smoothly and quickly using a single joystick. The ER system helps reduce fuel consumption and operator fatigue, thereby increasing production.
